  15th and Empire streets, 6:50 a.m. Tuesday A person on parole was spotted by police responding to reported drug activity at Bakesto Park. The person was searched, then arrested for possession of narcotics. Two others at the park were also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 700 block of N. White Road Man Missing In San Jose House Fire

  Units first responded to reports of a garage fire at a two-story home in the 700 block of N. White Road around 2 a.m., San Jose Fire Captain Scott Kouns said. Arriving units found the residence fully engulfed in flames and heavy smoke.
